LENT UPDATE: WEEK 4


I'm over half way there and still surviving without all my favourite foods; sweets, chocolate, biscuits, cake and most importantly my favourite thing ever; crisps! I'm not quite sure how I've done it but I have ... so far and there is not long to go now!!
I am so proud of myself for sticking with it because even though I'm not a quitter, I have found this particularly hard and I've graved chocolate more than I thought I would but I know I can do it!

I can't tell you how excited I am to eat chocolate and I will be bringing you a chocolate themed blog post on Easter Sunday and I cannot wait to lick the bowl and feel sick after eating too much chocolate! In all seriousness though, I have felt a lot better in myself from giving up junk food for lent. I feel slimmer for one, I am more energetic and don't eat for the sake of it. I will definitely be keeping it up after lent finishes.
