RECIPE: HEALTHY SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE

Today I'm going to share with you a healthy Spag Bol recipe. I know a lot of you will probably be thinking it's not difficult to make Spag Bol, but I thought I'd share with you my Recipe anyway.

WHAT YOU NEED:
♥ Spaghetti/Pasta (I prefer pasta)
♥ Red Onions
♥ Garlic
♥ Mushrooms
♥ Mince
♥ Tomato Purée
♥ Balsamic Vinegar
♥ Bolognese Sauce

METHOD:
Firstly I put the pasta in a saucepan with water and heated it up. I also put my mince in a frying pan with a touch of olive oil.




Whilst the mince was browning, I chopped up my red onions, mushrooms and garlic before adding that to the pan.





Once the mince is browned and you've had the vegetables cooking in the pan for approximately 5 minutes, add the bolognese sauce with 3 table spoons of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of tomato purée.





Keep on a low heat until the pasta is cooked through, then add the pasta to the mince,



After you've kept it on a low heat for a further 5 minutes it's ready to plate.



Add cheese to finish.
