This week I've not been feeling great - I've had a couple of down days and I think the time of the month is creeping up on me, so I thought I'd share with you 5 things I do when I'm feeling down.
1. Watch YouTube/Favourite TV Programme
All I'm going to say, is do not watch sad films because they will make you feel worse! I always watch something I enjoy - whether that be YouTube videos or Keeping Up With the Kardashians!

2. Go to bed and Sleep
When I'm down, the first thing I want to do is go to bed and get cosy. I always make myself a cup of tea, put YouTube videos on and fall asleep.

3. Go for a Walk
Kind of the opposite of the last one, but going for a walk in the fresh air (if the weathers nice) is such a good way to clear your head. Even if it's just for a 5 minute walk to the shop

4. Have a Pamper Evening
My favourite thing to do when I'm having a bad week and feeling down is pamper myself. I love having a nice relaxing bubble bath, making a cup of tea and getting cosy in bed with my hot water bottle and painting my nails, putting a face mask on and plucking my eye brows. It's one of the most therapeutic things and always makes me feel loads better. This is definitely a great idea if it's the time of the month as that's when you're most likely to feel sad and crappy with your emotions all up in the air!

5. Ring your Boyfriend/Friends/Family
I love face timing my family, a friend or my boyfriend when I feel crap. They always know the right things to say and make me smile.
