IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO IN THE RUN UP TO CHRISTMAS

So.. blogmas day 22 is here .. 3 days to go until I've completed my first blogmas! I'm actually kind of proud of myself as I normally fuck up with posts a week in (I mean look at my blogtober hahahahaha)

As Christmas is less than a week away and I cannot contain my excitement, I thought I'd let you all know what I think are the most important things you need to get done in the run up to Christmas!

1. Be Organised
Ok, so I'm a sucker for writing lists, like I love it (I know, how sad am I). There is just something so therapeutic about ticking things off and feeling like you've accomplished something! In the run up to Christmas I like to write down lists of the things I've bought people so I can make sure I've not missed anyone out. I also love to write a list of things I need to do in terms of beautifying myself (hair cut, tan, nails, shave etc)

2. Buy a Christmas Jumper or two
You can never have too many Christmas jumpers. I have 3 and I'm not going to lie I will probably buy a new one each year! I love wearing them, they're cosy and make me feel Christmassy! If you've not bought a Christmas jumper yet this year, then hurry down to the shops and pick one up before it's too late!

3. Make your Christmas Playlist
I mentioned this in yesterdays post and I've already posted some of many favourite Christmas songs too. You can't get through Christmas day without your favourite Christmas tunes on in the background. I don't know about your families, but we always play Christmas music whilst we open all our presents on Christmas day and we have it on in the background whilst we eat too!

4. Decorate Your House/Flat/Room
I know most of you will have already put up your Christmas trees and decorated your house, but I always say you can never have too many fairy lights or tinsel up!

5. Watch endless Christmas Movies
I love watching Christmas movies, I mean who doesn't right!? I like to do it while I wrap my Christmas presents as it makes me feel very festive!! I am actually currently sat watching ELF. Yep that's right, it's only 10 o'clock and I'm already watching christmassy movies! My favourites are ELF, the Holiday, Love Actually and the Grinch!

6. Plan your Festive outfits
Now I don't know about you girls, but I like to plan in advance! Our family tend to get fairly dressy for Christmas day so I like to plan what I'm going to wear! I think this year I will keep it fairly smart casual with some heeled chunky boots, tights, a Christmas Jumper and nice skirt :) I also like to plan my NYE outfit too and I've already bought a rather sparkly number which I'm excited to share with you all!

What are you guys planning to do in these next few festive days?
