I've seen a fair few of these blog posts knocking around the blogging community since Christmas and thought I'd jump on the bandwagon too. I'm going to share with you my top 8 posts of 2015.
This post was not only my most popular post in 2015, but it's actually been my most popular post since I first started blogging. If you didn't know, back in August, I started up a University Series and it went down really well. The reason I first thought of the idea to write this post; and start the series, was because back in 2012 when I first started Uni I had absoloutley NO clue what to take with me. I was beyond nervous to start Uni and if I'd have been able to read posts like this before I started then I think it would've made me less stressed and nervous!
My wishlist Wednesday posts have also been extremely popular on the blog. I love writing these types of posts and love reading them too. It's a great way to see what people are loving and also give you an insight into what's new on the high-street!
This was a post I'm very proud of. I never thought I'd continue blogging for a year. The reason I first started my blog was because I was on placement year, living on my own and had unfortunately had a pretty shit year before that, so I wanted a little hobby to start. I fell in love with it from the day I first published a post and haven't looked back since. I don't blog for money (I have never been paid for anything) and although I've been sent some lovely things from companies, I still only do it because it's something I enjoy. I just want to say a massive thank you to all of you (nearly 300 people) who are subscribed to my blog. Thank you to anyone who's ever commented on JustKatiee.com and thank you for all your love and support.
This post was a little different from what I usually post on my blog. It was an update post on my placement year and I never expected for one second that it would get as many views as it has! I basically just talk about my placement, how I found the first 6 months and my thoughts and feelings basically!
I LOVED writing this post and baking with my little cousin. If you haven't tried these cupcakes and you like Terry's Chocolate Orange then OMG what is wrong with you :') Definitely try these cupcakes! Also a little shout out to my cousin Jack for helping me bake the cakes!
I LOVE FESTIVALS. I've been to Glastonbury numerous times and also Leeds V fest & Wakestock. I've loved them all and I basically wrote this post to share my festival wishlist with everyone because I couldn't go to a festival last year but I still wanted to get involved with the festival season!!
This post was another favourite of mine to write. During my placement year I decided to try and change my lifestyle and start eating a bit healthier and this Stir Fry became a firm favourite in my diet. I literally ate it like twice a week because it was so tasty so I just had to share it with everyone!!
Then finally, my last of my 8 most popular posts of 2015 was the one where I wrote about the top 10 places I want to visit during my lifetime. I love reading posts like this. It gives you an insight into people's tastes in terms of their holiday locations and although most of mine are pretty predictable, they're all places I genuinely want to visit/revisit one day in the future.
