SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES 2016

I can't believe we're half way through October already, the months are literally flying by! I loved a lot of things in September so I thought I'd share with you a few of my top picks!

Fashion Favourites:

Burgundy Pom Pom Hat | Primark: I'm not going to lie, I've got tonnes of these bobble hats but I couldn't leave this one hanging there. I am obsessed with all things burgundy this autumn and I couldn't help but add this one to my collection. It goes with everything and I love it! The colour is perfect!

Black Bomber Jacket | Primark: This is another primark favourite for this month. I've got this jacket in 4 colours; the black, khaki, blush pink and burgundy (of course). The black goes with everything though and can really dress up an outfit for the evening time. It gives you enough warmth for this time of year if you layer underneath and at £16 it's such a bargain. I would highly recommend these jackets, they are such good quality too!

Beauty Product Favourites:

Maybelline Super Stay 24 Hour Dual Lipstick | In The Nude: This lipstick is fab. It's one of my new faves! I've seen these lipsticks around for a while, but it wasn't until I recently went into my local superdrug to look for some eyelashes that this shade caught my eye. I love the way that the lipstick is matte but the tube is double ended so the balm side locks the lipstick but moisturises the lips at the same time. It's beautiful - I'm thinking of wearing this for my Graduation in November, what do you guys think?!

Facial Cleansing Brush | Primark: This was a random "till que" purchase but I'm so glad I picked this up. It's like a cheap version of the clarisonic brushes and it's actually pretty good for the price. It helps smooth out skin and I like to use mine with my Liz Earle cleanse and polish to remove my makeup after a long day at work. I would recommend you picking this up from your local primark!

Random Favourites:

Hunted:
This is one of mine and Jay's favourite TV shows to watch at the moment. I am obsessed to be honest. If you haven't seen this series before, you must check it out if you like thrilling detective programmes. It's about 10 fugitives who go on the run for 28 days - if they make it without being caught, they win a share of £100,000. Highly recommend.

The Walking Dead: Jay and I watched this during my final year of Uni and then when things got intense with deadlines and exams, we couldn't find the time to watch it so we stopped for a while. It was only a few weeks ago when we decided to get back into it and we're now well and truly obsessed again. We're trying to get through the rest of series 6 before series 7 comes out on TV at the end of October! It's such a good series!

Budapest: In early September, Jay and I went away for a little weekend trip to Budapest and it was so beautiful. It wasn't only nice to get away for a few days together without thinking about work back home, but Budapest in itself was just so pretty. We enjoyed doing the touristy things, eating good food and getting drunk. It was simply perfect!

Blogging: I have been loving blogging so much throughout September and October. I really want to work hard on my blog but I always find that there is never enough time to fit it all in with working full time during the week. I am determined to make my blog much more of a brand and work hard on it now. I have not got the largest following but that doesn't matter to me, what matters most is that blogging makes me happy and I think that's the most important thing. Yes, naturally I'd love for my blog to continue to grow and to work with some more amazing brands in the future, but right now - just writing posts and learning how to use my Nikon DSLR is making me happy. Once I teach myself the tips and tricks I need to develop my photos and content, hopefully that will gain some new followers and exposure!

So there you have it - my September favourites. What have you been loving throughout September? I'd love to know in the comments down below!
