REVIEW: URBAN DECAY NAKED HEAT PALETTE

We all know that the Urban Decay Naked Palettes have been big for a long time but I don't think I've ever seen one that's blown up the blogging community as much as this one has! I am an avid lover of the Urban Decay Naked palettes and have all three versions as well as the smokey palette and so when I wondered into an air coned Sephora in New York's Westfield to escape the 92 degree heat and saw the last one on the shelf I couldn't turn my back.

This new palette is absolutely stunning. The colours are everything I want in a palette; warm, hot and fiery. I have blue eyes too so I feel like these colours can really help make my eyes pop. The palette has both matte and shimmery shades and if you like warm colours then I think this palette is definitely one for you.

L-R: Ounce, Chaser, Sauced, Low Blow, Lumbre, He Devil, Dirty Talk, Scorched, Cayenne, En Fuego, Ashes, Ember)

Ounce is a pale shimmery ivory shade which looks fab on the brow bone. Chaser is more of a light nude colour and I use that for my base colour. It's matte so it's perfect for creating a base or using it as a transition colour. Sauced is a light brown matte colour and again is perfect for all over the lid or a transition colour too. Low Blow is a mid brown matte shade is again great for an all over lid colour. I'd say Lumbre is by far my favourite shade in the palette. It's a shimmery copper shade with hints of gold throughout and it looks insane all over the lid. I also love it paired with He Devil which is a matte burnt red shade perfect in the crease. I love the fact that dirty talk is basically a shimmery version of He Devil too - they look perfect together. Scorched is another beautiful orangey red shimmery shade and again would look perfect either in the crease or as an all over colour. Cayenne is a matte terracotta shade which looks fab as a base for Lumme. I love En Fuego - it's the perfect matte burgundy shade. Ashes is more of a brown shade with a hint of red/purple and would be fab in the outer corner and finally Ember is a deeper version of Scorched and is a mix between a goldy peach and a burgundy, fab all over the lid.

The palette retails at £39.50 in the UK so for 12 shades that's not a bad price for what you get. It also comes with a double-ended fluffy brush too so it's a win win. I would highly recommend this palette. The palette is available in the UK from the 27 July so make sure you don't miss out.

What do you all think of the palette? Have any of you tried it? Which colour is your favourite?
