It's no secret that nude lipsticks are my absolute faves so I thought I'd share with you my top five go to nude lips that I am constantly rotating in my makeup routine. Most of my favourite lipsticks are from high street brands as I'm always after a bargain and have to save the pennies for everyone's Christmas presents *sorry to disappoint*, but there are some amazing shades in the drugstore!
The first pick is a classic brown/nude from MUA in shade 'totally nude'. I don't usually like a matte formula as I suffer with dry lips and matte lipsticks make it worse, however this lipstick still has a creamy feel to it when it's applied to the lips.

My next favourite is a mac liquid lipstick in the shade 'Burnt Spice'. Again this is a matte formula, but it applies beautifully and the colour is a deep brown shade which is perfect for a night out.

Another MAC favourite is the ever 'famous' Whirl. I wanted this for so long and everyone and their mothers have raved about this lipstick. I'm not surprised at all, it's a gorgeous brown nude and has such a creamy formula. It's definitely one of the darker browns I've got in my collection but it's one of my all time favourites.
Now for my two favourite lipsticks...
The first is my Essence liquid lipstick in shade 'La Vie Est Belle'. It is the perfect shade and the lipstick I wear on a day to day basis. I love the pink tone to it and the creamy texture. I am SO sad because apparently it's discontinued and am gutted! I absolutely love it!
My all time favourite lipstick has got to be the L'Oreal Colour Riche in the shade 640 Erotique. I have it in the old packaging still but it's been revamped and I can't wait to get my hands on a new one as you can see that mine is running out!! I wear it all the time, day - night and it looks amazing paired with my whirl lip liner and the essence liquid lip on top! Seriously it's the perfect pinky/nude!

What are your go-to nude lipsticks? I know there are loads of amazing pinky nudes from Charlotte Tilbury and I've never tried anything from her brand so maybe that needs to be next on my list of things to do!
