Primark makeup is so under rated and it's SO affordable too. Before Christmas I was lusting over the Stila glitter and glow eye shadow sticks but I could never personally justify the cost of them. One afternoon I was browsing the makeup isles in Primark when I came across these beautiful dupes and couldn't believe my eyes when I found out there were only £3.00 each! Yep, you heard me right, £3.00! I haven't tried the Stila version so I can't comment on whether they're better or worse but I have heard a lot of people say they are very similar dupes and some have even said the pigment is better!
There are three different shades; Silver, Gold and Pink. The Silver one has almost iridescent pigment in it and the Gold and Pink ones are more warm toned and very similar! They all look more on the gold side but when you swatch them side by side you can tell the difference.
The shadows have a doe-foot applicator, which makes it SO easy to apply and they look amazing either on their own or on top of a base eye shadow or pigment.I personally love to wear the Silver one as a glitter liner, the pink one over my whole lid and the golden shade on top of my gold pigment with a smokey crease! They look so good, I'm obsessed. They're not full opaque as you'd expect with any glitter shadow but they are definitely buildable which is perfect if you want to apply a little and test it out first! I find that they dry really quickly and last for hours without creasing too! They are the perfect edition to a night out look!
The pigments are £5 for a set of three and my set came with a brown shade, a copper shade and a true gold shade. The shades are very pigmented and can be worn on their own or as a base for the eye glitters. They blend really well on the eye and create a really gorgeous shimmer. I like to blend all three pigments together to create a smokey sunset eye. You can increase the pigment to give it more depth by wetting the brush you use too which is great as it makes them so versatile.
These products give a beautiful added sparkle to your makeup look and they're perfect for a night out or special occasion. I'm really impressed with them for the price and will definitely be trying out other Primark beauty products soon. I need to head over to another store in a different city to see if they have any different products in stock as I see the same things in my local Primark.
Have you tried any of the Primark makeup or skincare items? What are your favourites? Do you recommend any to try?

ReplyDeleteThese days, the cosmetic business isn't just focusing on cosmetics for ladies, yet in any event, giving the metro-sexual guys an opportunity to improve their facial looks.
