5 WAYS TO DE STRESS & RELAX

Spooking after yourself is so important. We all have our bad days and it can often really get us down so it's   very important to look after ourselves and relax. It's important to treat yourself to things and de stress the body so today I'm going to share with you 5 ways to de stress and relax.


1. Go for a long walk or to the gym - Sometimes when you feel a little stressed all you want to do is get some fresh air. I sometimes like to go for a walk around the block just to clear my head or get myself down to the gym for a session.

2. Take a long hot bubble bath - Let's face it, bubble baths are legit the best things ever. I love nothing more than running a bubble bath on an evening, adding a bath bomb from lush and lighting lots of candles. It makes me feel so relaxed and relieves all the stresses from a long day at work!

3. Pamper yourself - As well as a nice bubble bath, it's really important to pamper yourself every once in a while, especially if you're feeling stressed. I like to treat myself to a face mask, paint my nails and tint my eyebrows! 



4. Do some online shopping and treat yourself - It’s ok to treat yourself every now and again and I often use that as an excuse when it's payday! Whether it's a bar of chocolate, a new outfit for the weekend or some beauty bits! It's so important to look after yourself and have a treat every once in a while!

5. Eat your favourite food - When I'm stressed my favourite thing to do is to cook my favourite meal or buy my favourite chocolate bar! I love to cook my mums famous cheesy pasta which is my all time favourite comfort meal, it's honestly so tasty!!

  1. Unfortunately I can't use your adivce and eat my favourite food as I'm on a weighloss journey and can literally eat only chicken with vegetables and rice. Oh, what would I do to bite into a juicy stake. I can take a long relaxing bath though, so I'm going to do just that.

    1. Hope you enjoy a nice little self pamper evening. I too am on a weightloss journey so I'm with you on that one but it's all about the balance. I'm currently tucking into my Chinese takeaway and I have no regrets haha!XX

  2. Great tips! I find taking a long hot bubble bath (preferably with a bath bomb) works wonders when I need to de-stress or even just switching off from everything and sitting down with a cup of tea and a book helps too x
