Guys, it's very nearly November which means it's basically Christmas, so what better time that to whip out the Christmas Jumpers to get us in the festive spirit?!

I absolutely love this time of year (if you can't tell already - just follow me on Instagram I'm always talking about it!) and I love to wear comfy lounge wear pretty much every day of the week so when the Christmas jumpers come out, I'm all for it!

There are so many different types of Christmas jumpers around these days, from the traditional garish type (my guilty pleasures!), to the sweatshirt variations and everything in between. To get everyone in the Christmas spirit, I thought there was no better time than to share with you some of my favourite Christmas jumpers that are available this year!

Some of my favourite places to buy my Christmas jumpers is from high street brands like Matalan and New Look. They always tend to have some many different options and range from the traditional style to the more main stream designs. I think they are so affordable and can last years and I often wear them all year round as a lounge wear comfy option during the winter months.

My first pick from Matalan is this  traditional Christmas Fairisle Jumper | £18.00. First of all, I love that it mixes traditional with modern. The grey colour keeps it simple but the added Rudolph fairisle print gives it a bold statement. I love the pom pom red noses and the fact that you can get this in all sizes so you can match as a family! When I have kids, I would love to get us all matching pyjamas and Christmas jumpers!

This Matalan Fab Yule Ous | £15.00 jumper is in my opinion a tacky piece of fabulous! I think this is so fun. It's in your face, traditional but also modern and has a fun slogan on to make it that bit different. I am a firm believer that we should all feel fabulous in our bodies and skin so this to me is a great jumper for the festivities.

Another grey jumper I am loving is this Penguin Christmas Jumper | £17.99 from New Look. I love print on it and that it's a unisex jumper so anyone can wear it. I think this is a great one for the office Christmas jumper day and would look brilliant with some ripped jeans, chunky trainers and a funky hair accessory! I bought a similar one last year and I love it!!

Slogan jumpers are some of my favourite clothing pieces to wear. I lounge around in them, wear them out and they're so versatile as you can dress them up or down. In the past I've always bought the more traditional looking Christmas jumpers but this year I just had to get myself some fun festive slogans to add to the collection.

I've got to say, my absolute favourite one is this Ready to get Blitzened | £24.99* from IWOOT. It is such a "me" jumper and I know that my Mum would also be a big fan of this one too! We look a good glass of fizz in our family and this is such a fun take on a Christmas jumper. I love that it's white too because it means you can wear it throughout December without feeling like you've overdone the Christmas jumper trend! I'd highly recommend this one!!

I got this Baubles Girl VS Cancer | £38 jumper last year and I love it. For one, it's a cute grey sweater with a festive slogan on it, but more than that, it's for an amazing cause. These jumpers raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer charities and the "Baubles" slogan is meant to represent our boobs! Definitely worth supporting an amazing cause.

Another fun slogan jumper is this Good in the Pud | £19.99 one from New Look. It's a festive red and incorporates traditional Christmas puddings with the slogan pun! This would be a great one for all ages and I love how bright and fun it is!

You can't have a stash of Christmas jumpers without having one or two with a nod to your favourite festive films! The IWOOT site has SO many film related jumpers from Home Alone to Star Wars and everything in between. My favourite of the bunch has got to be my Raised by Elves | £24.99*. It's got a picture of Will Ferrel as ELF which I mean to me just screams Christmas! I love the fact it's a navy sweatshirt with the bright yellow and green colours on it. It's definitely one I'll be wearing all throughout December - particularly on dress down Fridays at work!

Another slogan jumper that I've been loving is this Robin Seasons Tweetings | £12.50 from Asda. Firstly, it's so affordable. For £12.50 you can't go wrong with a festive cosy knit. I love the fact this one incorporates a bit of social media fun into the messaging but it also looks cute too. The robin is so festive and the font of the writing just reminds me of what "Santa's" writing would be like!!

I love this Peace, Joy, Love | £24.99* jumper because when you first see it, it doesn't scream Christmas. It's festive in the sense of the Peace and Joy slogan but it's also quite plain and basic in a way, with it being white and not traditional colouring on the jumper itself. I feel like this will be one of them jumpers I'll actually wear all year round. The Perfect jumper to wear with some leather trousers or jeans ankle boots or trainers!

My final two festive jumper picks are this girly Sequin Candy Cane Jumper | £12.50 from Asda and this fun quirky Christmas Cats | £24.99* one from IWOOT. I love the candy cane jumper because it's sparkly and fun and instantly makes me feel festive. This is the perfect jumper to pair with a skirt and tights for a few festival tipples after work! The Christmas cats jumper is probably one of the best jumpers I've seen this year. If you know me, I'm a bit cat fan and after Christmas, Jay and I are getting a little fury friend of our own (which I cannot wait for!) I love the fact that this jumper incorporates my favourite animal and adds that comedic touch with the different hats and accessories they're wearing. It's like one of those Christmas cat calendars but on a jumper. SO FUN!
