TURNING OUR HOUSE INTO A HOME WITH PHOTOWALL!

[This post contains gifted items]

Back in July last year Jay and I bought our very first home together and are finally on the property ladder. We moved into a pre-owned new build so it was very basic; white walls and grey carpet, and we're slowly starting to make it feel a bit more homely.

We've always been a big fan of having lots of photos and prints up on the walls and so slowly but surely we are turning our house into a home and I can't wait to continue getting little bits and adding the finishing touches to it.

The lovely team at Photowall* were kind enough to offer to send us one of their canvases and we thought it'd be the perfect chance to add something a little extra to our spare room/office space. We chose the Evening Light II print which has textured paint strokes and the most beautiful warm gold tones.I ordered the 120 x 80cm size and in hindsight, I probably should've measured it before ordering as it is HUGE, but I still love it and we have found the perfect place to put it just above our desk!

The process for ordering from the website was really quick and simple. They have so many different canvas' to choose from, we were spoilt for choice! We didn't realise at the time but the canvas prints are delivered unmounted which at first we thought would be a big faff but it wasn't a problem at all. They are so easy to assemble and come with all the things you need and step by step instructions. The delivery was also really quick too which is amazing considering it's comes from Sweden!

I absolutely love home decor and adding new things to the house. We love spending our weekends in Ikea and the Range buying new bits and bobs and can't wait to turn our house into a home in 2020! Follow our home account on Instagram to keep up with our changes!

Have you ever bought anything from Photowall? What are your favourite prints from the website?
